ULTRANIC is a productivity platform that supports scheduling, reminders, workflow notifications, and conversational assistant interactions over email, web, and opt-in SMS. We collect only the data needed to deliver those features and we do not sell user data to third parties.

This policy applies to all users of the ULTRANIC platform and its associated SMS program operated by Breadcrumbzs Tech Inc.

2 · Information We Collect

ULTRANIC may collect limited information necessary to provide platform functionality, including:

• Name and account information
• Email address and authentication data
• Connected integrations, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Calendar and workflow metadata authorized by the user
• SMS phone numbers and communication preferences
• User prompts, commands, and assistant interactions
• Device, browser, and session information

3 · How We Use Information

We use information solely to:

• Provide assistant functionality the user has requested
• Deliver notifications and conversational SMS updates the user has opted in to
• Synchronize connected productivity tools the user has authorized
• Improve platform reliability and the assistant experience
• Maintain account security and authentication

4 · Data Ownership & Privacy

ULTRANIC does not sell user data to third parties. User data is processed only for platform functionality and operational purposes requested by the user. Users maintain control over connected integrations and may disconnect services or request account deletion at any time.

5 · SMS Communications

ULTRANIC operates an SMS program for account holders who have explicitly opted in. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS-consent box during account setup, you agree to receive recurring conversational text messages from ULTRANIC related to your workflows, assistant activity, and account.

Message types you may receive: meeting reminders, deal-pipeline alerts, executive briefings, workflow nudges, security notifications, and other account-related messages. ULTRANIC does not send promotional or marketing SMS.

Message frequency: varies based on your workflow activity. Most users receive between 0 and 10 messages per day. There is no fixed minimum or maximum.

Help and opt-out: reply HELP at any time to receive support contact information, or reply STOP to unsubscribe. You can also email support@ultranic.ai to manage your SMS preferences.

Carrier and pricing disclaimer: standard message and data rates may apply. Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier and we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. ULTRANIC supports all major U.S. carriers.

SMS data sharing: mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information collected by ULTRANIC are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share SMS opt-in consent with any third party other than the messaging service providers (such as Twilio) we use solely to deliver the messages you have requested.

6 · Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures designed to protect user information, including encrypted connections, authenticated access controls, and per-user isolation of stored data.

7 · Third-Party Services

ULTRANIC may integrate with third-party providers including cloud hosting providers, AI model providers, authentication services, payment processors, and messaging service providers (such as Twilio) necessary for the operation of the service.

8 · Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of ULTRANIC after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
